Former Consultant (now retired)

After practising as a Solicitor for over forty years, the last six of those as a Consultant with Ross & Connel, Tom retired in late 2021. Should any of Tom’s clients require any assistance then they should contact Tom’s son, Neil, in the first instance. Neil is a Partner in Ross & Connel specialising in conveyancing. Either Neil will be able to assist Tom’s former clients with conveyancing matters or he will put them in touch with the appropriate person in Ross & Connel to act on their behalf, most likely Tom Hempleman, who deals with Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Estate Administration.

Neil and the rest of the team at Ross & Connel will be able to see to the needs of all of Tom’s clients for many years to come and so will effectively provide continuity of service.

Please note that any Wills, Powers of Attorney and Title Deeds that were previously held by Tom at his former practice have all been transferred to Ross & Connel and are currently held at 18 Viewfield Terrace, Dunfermline.
